Connie S. Graf, 57, of Momence, IL, passed away suddenly on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at the St. Mary's Hospital in Kankakee, IL. She was born on September 27, 1967, in Kankakee, IL, the daughter of Dale Hess and Sylvia J. (Boomsma) Fanning.
She is survived by her four brothers; Dale "Boo" Hess of Momence, IL, Gale Hess of Clearwater, FL, Ronnie Hess and David Cook of Momence, IL and Jason Hess of Arkansas City, KS. Four sisters; Bonnie Hess of Momence, IL, Amy and Jim Burke of Mortin IL, and Joy and Kevin Devine of Hebron, IN, and Jennifer Hess of Arkansas City, Kansas. Her son; Andrew and Katelyn Graf of Crescent City, IL. Her granddaughter; Charlotte and many nieces and nephews; Jeremy, Joey, Jena, Ashlee, Lilly, Aaron, Shawn, Kim and Michelle. She is preceded in death by her parents, her grandparents; Harry and Theresa Boomsma and Glen and Margaret Hess. Also preceding her in death is her step-father; Arthur C. Fanning.
