Bossinger October 24, 1941 - June 8, 2024 PEORIA, AZ - Dennis Charles Bossinger, age 82, of Peoria, AZ, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2024.He was born October 24, 1941, in Hammond, IN, the son of Charles and Rita (Dillon) Bossinger. Dennis married Cynthia LaVoie on May 17, 1985. Dennis worked in public education for 38 years at many levels from teacher, coach, Dean of Students, Business Manager, and leaving as Superintendent at Bradley Bourbonnais Community High School. He was a graduate of Bishop Noll High School, Eastern Illinois University, University of Illinois and Illinois State. Dennis was an avid runner, golfer, and you could say he was a true sport nut. He volunteered at many organizations in Kankakee County, including Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, the Elks, and the Moose.Surviving are his wife, Cynthia Bossinger of Peoria, AZ; his children: Angela (Paul) Martino of Elmhurst and Timothy (Beth) Bossinger of Colorado Springs, CO; stepchildren: Shawn (Tabitha) Ayr
