Betty M. Petersen, 90, of Momence, IL died on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at the Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee, IL. She was born on August 3, 1933, in Lowell, Indiana, the daughter of Vincent and Dorothy Davis Junglas. She married Theodore "Ted" H. Petersen, Jr. on April 4, 1953, in Crown Point, IN. He preceded her in death on September 15, 2011.
She is survived by her one daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Rich Warren, of Reno, NV.; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ted and Marian Petersen III, of Momence, and Mark and Therese Petersen of Bolingbrook, Il. Seven grandchildren, Scott Warren, Ted Petersen IV, Mike Warren, Garrett Petersen, Ashley Petersen, Brooke Petersen and Samuel Petersen. Also surviving are five great grandchildren, Katelyn, Andrew, Adaline, Mason and Teddy V. She is preceded in death by her parents and one son, Dan.
Betty worked at Baker and Taylor and then Carter Wallace both in Momence.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Momence, IL. Betty love
